Jenica Oliver’s passion is to provide organizations with a blueprint for success. 

As the founder and CMO of blueprint marketing group, she has mastered the ability to create solutions out of chaos and utilize on-trend marketing solutions to propel organizations of all sizes to the next level.   Because of her innate passion to help others succeed, Oliver has flourished in highly sought after marketing and leadership roles for more than 20 years with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Tech University and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. 

Founded in 2008, blueprint marketing group, quickly established itself as a DFW-based boutique marketing and promotional products firm. Oliver’s years of marketing experience and work as a full-time and fractional CMO for brands such as Van’s Kitchen, Cici's, Saputo and Poo~Pourri give her the business edge that many others in her industry don’t have; real-world experience from the other side of the marketing desk. 

Oliver continues to work as a fractional CMO for organizations in transition periods or in need of an executive-level marketing leader without the expense associated with a full-time C-Suite staff member.

Oliver’s track record of driving results and positive returns can be traced to the beginning of her brand marketing career.   She has held positions with Dean Foods Co., leading the organization’s flagship brand International Delight Creamers, revitalized brands, and consumer-centric innovation platforms at Mission Foods, Pizza Hut, and served as the senior brand director of brand marketing and innovation for Borden Dairy Company. 

Her passions extend beyond marketing.   An executive coach and speaker, and an avid advocate for Diversity and Inclusion, Oliver works with her clients to build brands and propel the organizations marketing efforts forward. Oliver is an active member of Women's Business Council - Southwest, serving on the Certification Committee, Marketing Committee and Women of Color Committee. blueprint marketing group llc is a certified women owned and minority owned enterprise, among other nationally recognized designations.
