Genevieve (Genna) has been a leader and operations executive for more than 15 years.  Her experience in operations has been focused primarily in the production and execution of conferences and tradeshows.   Over the years, she has lead hundreds of successful events in the B2B, B2C, and medical education sectors, ranging in size from 100 to 15,000 participants.   

Genna’s track record of executing operationally, financially and experientially superior events, extends past running successful onsite experiences.  She has a proven track record of improving the ROI of events by increasing revenue through custom sponsorship programs, cutting costs while improving the attendee experience, and increasing attendance. 

It was Genna’s attention to detail, strong understanding, ability to balance the needs of the consumer with company goals, and determination to plan for the unexpected, that naturally lead to her running the operations of global divisions, start-ups, and well-established media companies.

In 2017 she became the Founder & CEO of Global Elite Events, an event consulting firm specializing in the financial, operational and experiential success of events of all sizes at every stage of the event lifecycle.  One of her first clients (Five Star Global) was so impressed with her understanding of event strategy and overall operations, that she was brought on as Executive Director, where she was successful in leading event strategy & operations, company operations, technology, as well as an international M&A trade association. 

Over the years, Genna has been brought into businesses as a chief operating officer to re-organize operational processes of divisions, as well as entire companies, to ensure that all teams are set up for maximum success and efficiency, while also creating multi-year strategic plans to ensure that growth and expansion occurs in coordination with the long-term corporate goals. 

She also has a proven track record of instituting standard operating procedures, which include SOP manuals, templates, timelines, and the technology needed to ensure maximum efficiency of strategic events, such as corporate relocation, and in all workflows and communications. 

The goal is always to work smarter, not harder. 

Genna has found that improved operations and communications are leading factors in employee satisfaction and retention, and that every problem can be solved and every project a success, if there is a strong and sound operational plan and expert helping lead the way.
